Before starting with Grant Painters at the beginning of 2006, Adele had gained extensive office management experience in the Townsville building and construction industry – namely with Cathcart and Ritchie and Rapid Metal Developments. Adele plays an integral role in the day to day running of the business and reporting information to other management and supervisory staff.
Malcolm has dedicated most of his working life to the painting industry. He moved to Mackay in 1992. In 1964 Malcolm established a multi-faceted family business dealing with Abrasive Blasting, Industrial Coatings, Commercial Painting and Historial Restoration Works. He is known for his pioneering work in developing techniques for in-situ respraying of refrigeration units for major supermarkets such as Coles & Woolworths.
His technical knowledge and expertise in industrial coatings and special finishes are invaluable assets to the company.

Patricia has been involved in all aspects of the painting industry for the past 35 years - her skills include expertise in protective coatings & special finishes, colour consultations, administration, and human resource management & training. Patricia & Malcolm have effectively overseen countless major commercial, residential and industrial projects.

Shayne has 15 years experience in commercial and
residential painting and came highly recommended
from his previous and sole employer with whom he had
served his apprenticeship. Shayne is highly skilled in all
aspects of the trade – with excellent attention to detail,
site management and customer service.

running his own house painting business. Troy
is Townsville born and bred and is a long standing ticket holder for the NQ
Cowboys. Troy
has excellent organisation skills and is now also assisting with quoting and
sales representation.
